These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Roomtap mobile application ("App"). By using Roomtap, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Roomtap Does
Roomtap is a local intercom utility that lets you speak into your phone and play audio on compatible Sonos speakers on your local network.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
- You must comply with all applicable laws while using the App.
- You may not use Roomtap to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- You are responsible for your speaker/network setup and any content played through your devices.
3. Third-Party Services
Roomtap works with Sonos systems. Sonos is a third-party platform, and your use of Sonos products is governed by Sonos terms and policies.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Roomtap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomtap and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update Roomtap and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
